I don’t know if it comes with having a family and more people to take care of (and worry about) but whatever it is, it still not a good way to go.

I have done a lot of introspective work recently and have found a lot more peace in my everyday life – sometimes simply being willing to let go of a bit of control, while at the same time taking responsibility for things we can actually affect the outcome of… I think it’s a much better way to go!
