A heartwarming tale of a dog saved three weeks after the tsunami

I’ve been keeping up with the news about Japan and I was shocked and elated when I saw this story on the Huffington Post. The story just kept getting better when I watched this second video from The Independent. This dog, Ban, was swept away into the sea for three weeks by the tsunami in Japan and, luckily, was saved and then found by his owner. Watch these videos to see the heartwarming story. With all the despair in the news, a pleasant story like this is beyond welcome!

That’s fantastic!! I love happy stories like this. I have two dogs, three during the week when I’m babysitting my parents puppy – they are such good, loving companions. Animals make life so much better.
