Four Leaf Clover at Globe Trotting in Heels & Vegansaurus

This Sunday I was featured on Elisa’s Globetrotting in Heels blog for her Sunday Trippin’ series! Elisa is quite the traveler and she currently lives just a train ride away from me in Zürich! For the series, I had to answer questions about a summer trip I’d love to take and now I’m dreaming about this imaginary trip of mine, ha! Please head on over and check out my dream summer trip  (and find out what all those things in the image above mean including where I’d go, my five travel essentials that I’d take on this trip, books that I’m dying to read right now, and more!). I’d love to hear your thoughts about the post and hear about your dream summer trip. Elisa’s blog as a whole is worth many visits so I highly recommend it!

Also, a little while ago, Vegansaurus featured another one of my recipes – this time it was my super yummy French toast! It’s pretty awesome knowing that the food I make looks good enough to feature somewhere other than just my blog. Honestly, I make this stuff way too much! It’s so good and everyone loves it. I do tend to prefer it covered in strawberries like this or completely plain. Have any of you made it yet?

Love your interview! Great getting to know more about you! Those books you chose seem interesting. I would want to take a book too, but with me, I’d want to take a book I know I’ve read, and like, so I wouldn’t be disappointed! Or maybe I’d bring one I’ve read, and one I haven’t.
