I heard Angus Stone’s cover of Joni Mitchell’s River today while watching the TV show Brothers & Sisters and just had to share. I like Angus & Julia Stone, an Australian brother-sister duo, and finding out the song at the end of the episode was Angus Stone was a nice surprise. It fits this time of year perfectly because of the first few lines:

It’s coming on Christmas
They’re cutting down trees
They’re putting up reindeer
And singing songs of joy and peace
