Life tip #14: Exercise
Happy Monday everyone! This life tip is so important and yet so often overlooked by many. It’s hard to know what’s right and what’s wrong when it comes to what type and how much exercise per person because the information is so varied and vast. Having read so many different opinions, I’ve come to the conclusions that everyone should exercise at least about a half hour each day, even if that half hour consists of a walk around the neighborhood to get some fresh air. Too much hard exercise, however, isn’t healthy and should be avoided. With this life tip, though, it’s important that you decide for yourself what is the perfect type of exercise for you. While one person may prefer to do an hour of yoga, another may choose to play a game of basketball for a half hour. The beauty of exercise is that it’s not one dimensional, there are tons of different forms of exercise and you can experiment until you find what you like best. Lately I’ve been going on bike rides, on very warm days I like to go running, dancing is probably my favorite form of exercise, and I want to get into yoga. Even so, this is something I need to work on and do every day rather than every other day or so, regardless of the weather. What about you, what’s your favorite form of exercise?
